What is the difference between A.M.P Dollars and My Funds?
A. A.M.P DOLLARS – Additional Meal Plan Dollars
Use these dollars in our retail food locations. A.M.P Dollars may only be purchased in conjunction with a tax exempt meal plan.A.M.P Dollars may be purchased any time before March 30, 2012. A.M.P Dollars can be used in the dining halls and select retail locations. Purchases made using A.M.P Dollars are tax exempt (non-meal purchases are subject to applicable taxes). Due to tax regulations, A.M.P Dollars are non-refundable, non-transferable, and expire at the end of the academic year.

MY FUNDS
My Funds may be purchased alone or in addition to a meal plan. My Funds can be used in all of the same ways as A.M.P Dollars as well as in select vending machines. When you make a purchase using your My Funds, the purchase is subject to applicable taxes. You may purchase additional My Funds at any time. My Funds can carry over to the next year or be refunded. There is a $25 administration fee for refunds.
